Hello! I'm Kristal Blair, founder of Kristal Clear Transactions.

For more than 24 years, I built my career in ophthalmology, where precision, organization, and attention to detail were essential every single day. Managing complex patient care, coordinating with multiple professionals, and ensuring nothing was overlooked taught me the value of accuracy, communication, and dependable systems.

Five years ago, I followed my passion for real estate and became a full-time Florida Realtor®. Since then, I've guided buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction process while gaining firsthand experience with Florida contracts, deadlines, inspections, title coordination, lender communication, and brokerage compliance.

Through those experiences, I recognized that one of the greatest challenges agents face isn't finding clients—it's finding enough time to manage every detail once a property goes under contract.

That's why I created Kristal Clear Transactions.

My mission is simple: to provide professional administrative transaction coordination that allows agents to spend more time building relationships, serving their clients, and growing their business while I manage the paperwork, deadlines, and communication behind the scenes.

As a licensed Florida Realtor®, I understand the transaction process from an agent's perspective. However, when serving as your Transaction Coordinator, I work exclusively in an administrative capacity and do not perform licensed real estate services or represent any party in the transaction.
